Starter Virtual Host
account. This has all the same features as
their bigger and more expensive accounts but lower limits on size and
traffic.
They are not an ISP.
They just host web sites. You get all the goodies (Web site, FTP site,
secure http, SSI, CGI, PHP, mail processing, multiple mail addresses, telnet
access to their complete Linux system with compilers, etc.) They are
professionals; they provide the computer and support it well. They call
this a "Self Serve Web Space" and they
don't want to be holding your hand.
